Ronnie Corbett works flat out at ironing service launch

It is not every day you see a wealthy television comedian doing the ironing.
But pint-sized funny man Ronnie Corbett was happy to tackle the housework when he helped out at the opening of a Croydon ironing service.
Philippa Lewis and Paris Sinclair of Thoughtful Services, in Shirley Road, Croydon, invited their customers, including the Two Ronnies star, and other dignitaries to a champagne launch on Friday.
Little did the BBC veteran, who lives locally, know that he would have to demonstrate his ironing skills in front of the clients.
