STREET TRADING - STREET DESIGNATION ORDER
The Council are considering designating sites in the Borough as 'Licensed Streets' as defined by the London Local Authorities Act 1990 and in accordance with Section 24 of that Act, for the purpose of street trading.
1. On the footway outside 148 Cherry Orchard Rd a site length 2m, width 0.9m, height 1.m.
2. On the footway outside 1426 London Road Norbury a site length 3.9m, width 0.4m, height 1.8m.
If any person wishes to make objections to the designations of the above sites, they must do so in writing to Community Services Department - Licensing Team, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 3JS by 17th September 2008.
